My name is Carolina and I am an avid traveler and world lover as many of us are. I travelled to many countries and enjoyed their beautiful culture and cuisine. Everything seemed wonderful until I met Jonas. He is an artist by trait and little did I know a professional eater.

I didn’t realized at first that what seemed like unhappiness and constants critics about the the food was actually great understanding of what he was savoring with a pinch of room for growth on the style, technique and flavor.

Why did I decide to write about it?

• Because I hope you enjoy the stories as much as I do.
• Because it will inspire you, make you laugh and motivate you to go EAT!

Eating WAS just something that I did, NOW it became an exploration of flavors that I still try to put together.
